Today I got rubber bands on my braces. They are the origin of a lot of pain and annoyance to me. Every time that I want to eat I have to take them out then put them back in. I also have to change them every morning…. Not Cool!

yeah. they are soooo annoying! I had them last year on my expanders, and they were really hard to put in for a couple of weeks, but I got used to it…..they kept popping out! After I took them out, I kept finding them in my pockets, on the ground…everywhere!
