Any one who goes to Milken will remember last year’s parking disaster that was caused by the closure of the Skirball lot due to “construction” on the lot (the construction consisted of a portable bathroom that was placed on the side of the lot). Well it looks like construction has finally started for real. Below is a picture of the lot as proof.
